STRATEGY
Unsorted Studios needed a brand evolution—one that preserved its raw creative spirit while positioning it within the world of high fashion. The challenge was twofold: refine the identity to reflect the precision and artistry of Hunter Hardee’s menswear designs while maintaining the brand’s independent, unconventional edge. The solution had to be expansive, encompassing a new visual language that could live seamlessly across digital, print, and physical applications—from lookbooks and social media to garment tags and in-store branding. Drawing inspiration from the minimalist yet conceptual aesthetics of Comme des Garçons and Helmut Lang, we built a system that balanced restraint with boldness. Clean, deliberate typography, a monochromatic palette, and refined graphic elements became the foundation, elevating Unsorted Studios from its grungy, DIY roots into a brand that exudes confidence, craftsmanship, and quiet luxury.
RESULTS
The end result was a timeless, scalable identity that seamlessly adapts across every facet of Unsorted Studios. Built for longevity, the brand system provides Hunter with the flexibility to evolve while maintaining a distinct, high-fashion aesthetic. Whether applied to packaging, digital touchpoints, or garment detailing, the refined visual language ensures a cohesive and elevated presence—one that stands the test of time.
